The rooms were practical and fairly quiet, had a roll in shower, hair dryers, and a bidet. Very kind and courteous staff and the breakfast was extensive with freshly made cappuccino and the best coffee.

Friendly helpful staff, we were greeted with being upgraded, which was great. Location great for bus station and the whole of the city, easy to find.Breakfasts was superb set us up for the day. certainly visit again.

I loved how easily I could stroll to Piazza dell'Anfiteatro and enjoy its vibrant atmosphere, not to mention the beautiful walk just a few steps away to the Basilica of St Paulinus, a real highlight for my weekend. The staff were so attentive, catering to my every need.

the old, but very nice hotel is small and has a perfect location in Lucca - only one minutes away from all sights. do not expect a grand hotel, rather small and being an old building somethings are not brand new - you need to be a little bit short sighted to enjoy.
you need to drive a small car to get to and from the hotel - nothing large! breakfast is a little bit on the economic side, but we were looked after very well. rooms are to the standard, TV set could be a littel bit more modern.
